Pasture Boarding – $300 Monthly
- Your horse turned out 24/7.
- Up to 3lbs of Bluebonnet Energize Pellets fed once daily.
- Coastal round bales available as needed.
- Blanketing available.
- Trailer parking included.
Stall Boarding – $600 Monthly
- 12x12 stall with 12x20 paddock. HUGE stalls.
- 6 bags of premium shavings provided monthly.
- Turn-out every morning, brought back in at 4pm.
- Up to 3 lbs of Bluebonnet Energize Pellets fed twice daily along with owner provided supplements.
- Coastal hay fed twice daily while in stalls, feed bag included.
- Coastal round bales available during turn-out as needed.
- 1 Blanket on/off included, additional blankets & accessories available at extra cost.
- Trailer parking included.
- Ferrier on Schedule.

- Tack room located in barn.
- Storage room for boarders.

- Owner lives on-site.

BARN RULES
- Liability Waivers must be signed before anyone may handle or ride any horses. Anyone under (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
- All riders under (18) years of age must wear a helmet at all times.
- Please notify the BARN OWNER of any necessary repairs, maintenance, problems, complaints or needed supplies via text message or email ASAP.
- No pets without prior permission. Pets are not permitted in the arena while in use and permission may be revoked at any time.

- Your horse must be secured at all times while not in their pasture.
- Do not tie horses to the stall fronts or partitions and avoid unnecessary loitering in the aisle-way with your horse.
